The distances of Nyungwe trails can be described by round trip distance, average time by walking, start time, and some of the key observations along a specific trail. 

Imbaraga trail, the distance is  9.8 km return trip, average time by walking is  6 h, starting time is only at 9 am. key observations include: The four waterfalls and great viewpoints

Igishigishigi trail, the distance is 2.1 km return trip,  average time by walking is 1 h 30 starting time is at 8 am / 10 am / 1 pm / 3 pm, key observations include: The Canopy walk views.

Canopy walkway, the distance is 2.1 km, average time walking is 2 hours, starting time is at 8 am / 10 am / 1 pm / 3 pm. key observations include: Forest view from the forest canopy.

Umugote trail, the distance is 3.6 km, average time by walk 3h,  Starting time is at 9 am / 1 pm. Key observations include: Viewpoints on the west of the forest.

Rukuzi trail, the distance is 9.1km, average time by walking is 5h, starting time at 9 am. Key observations include:  Viewpoints of the village.

Source of the Nile trail,  the distance is 2 km, the average time walking is 1:30 h starting time at 9 am. Key observations include:  Visiting the new furthest source of the Nile Gisovu.

Isumo (Kamiranzovu waterfall) trail, the distance is 5.3 km (x2), the average time walking is 4 hours, starting time 9 am / 1 pm. Key observations include: Crossing the large tea plantation.

Karamba trail, the distance is 2km, average time walking is 3 hours, starting time at 8 am / 1 pm. key observations include: Good for bird watching.

One and Only Nyungwe House trail, the distance is 5km, average time walking is  1h30 h, starting time 8 am / 1 pm, Key observations include Bird watching and great viewpoints.

Ndambarare Waterfall, the distance is 9.6 km, average time walking is 3h30 hours, starting time at 9 am 1 pm. Key observations include: Different viewpoints on tea factory and tea plantations.
